3. Client Engagement Process

Our workflow includes:

  7. Ongoing support (if agreed)

Projects begin only after formal agreement and/or initial payment.


4. Payments and Pricing

  • All pricing is provided in project proposals or agreements.
  • Payments may be structured as upfront, milestone-based, or full payment depending on the project.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
  • Zrinkle retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
  • Any third-party tools, frameworks, or libraries remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Respond promptly to communications and approvals
  • Supply necessary content, materials, or access required for the project
  • Ensure they have rights to any materials provided to Zrinkle

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.


7. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimated based on project scope and complexity.
  • Zrinkle is not responsible for delays caused by client feedback, third-party services, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Any major changes to scope may require timeline adjustments.

8. Revisions and Changes

  • Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement.
  • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Scope changes must be documented and approved before implementation.

9. Maintenance and Support

  • Ongoing maintenance and support services are provided based on separate agreements.
  • Support availability may vary depending on the selected plan or arrangement.
  • Emergency or out-of-hours support may incur additional fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zrinkle shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party services or platforms

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.


11. Confidentiality

Zrinkle respects client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.


12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement:

  • By providing written notice
  • If terms are breached

Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.


13. Location and Jurisdiction

Zrinkle operates from:

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.


14. Changes to Terms

Zrinkle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
